Buffalo Chicken Dip
Ingredients
- 1 rotisserie chicken
- 1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
- 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 12-ounce bottle Louisiana Hot Sauce
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup good quality blue cheese or ranch salad dressing (I use Naturally Fresh)
- Tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Debone chicken; shred meat. Discard skin and bones. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, green onions, cheddar cheese, hot sauce, cream cheese and salad dressing. Stir until well blended. Pour mixture into a lightly greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, until heated through and bubbly, about 20 minutes. Stir well and serve with chips. Makes about 4 cups.
