Cheesy Garlic Bread
Ingredients
- 1 12-inch loaf French bread, sliced in half lengthwise
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Asiago cheese
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place bread on a large baking sheet; set aside. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add green onions and garlic; cook until just tender. Add cream cheese; cook, stirring frequently, until melted and fully incorporated. Remove pan from heat; let cool. In a large bowl, combine cheddar cheese and remaining ingredients. Stir in cream cheese mixture until combined. Spread evenly on both sides of bread. Bake until cheese is melted and bread is crispy, 10-12 minutes. Makes 6-8 servings
