Creole Tartar Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons dill pickle relish
- 1 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 3 teaspoons Creole mustard
- 1 tablespoon thinly sliced green onions
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon Creole seasoning
- 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
