Garlic Butter
Ingredients
- 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon Creole seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Garlic butter will keep in the refrigerator for one week. Makes about 1/2 cup.
