Jalapeno-Tomato Ranch Dressing
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 small tomato, seeded and chopped
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Store dressing in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks. Makes about 3/4 cup.
VARIATION: Omit tomato for a spicier Jalapeno Ranch Dressing.
