Pico de Gallo
Ingredients
- 4 Roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1 large fresh jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine ingredients in a medium bowl. Serve with tortilla chips. Makes about 2 cups.
