Tangy Barbecue Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup yellow mustard
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Lea & Perrins (Worcestershire sauce)
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine all ingredients. Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring frequently, until sugar dissolves, about 15 minutes. Remove from heat and serve with Pulled Pork. Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
