Triple Cheese Topping
Ingredients
- 4-ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Pepper Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped roasted red peppers
- 1/4 cup grated onion
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
